There's no place like home. Today is the 9th anniversary of the day we broke ground for our house. Because it was such an exhausting 5 and a half month period, during which we sold our previous home on our own, subcontracted this one AND had a baby....I celebrate the date as if it is a birth. It also would have been my grandfather's 98th birthday today.
